Women’s Health Acupuncture in Williamsburg
Helping regulate cycles, support hormonal balance, and calm the nervous system.
Are You Experiencing:
PMS or PMDD?
Irregular cycles?
Hormonal imbalances?
Burnout or anxiety?
Perimenopausal symptoms?
If any of the above feels familiar, you’re not alone. Hormonal imbalance and nervous system dysregulation are common, especially during periods of stress or life transitions.
Together, we work to restore rhythm, regulate your cycle, and help your body feel steady again.
Traditional Chinese Medicine looks beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns affecting the nervous system, hormones, and menstrual cycle.
While many patients come for hormonal health, treatments also support stress, pain, sleep, and nervous system regulation.
Did you know?
Hormonal symptoms such as PMS, fatigue, anxiety, and irregular cycles often arise when the body’s natural rhythms fall out of balance.
Traditional Chinese Medicine views the menstrual cycle as a reflection of overall health — closely connected to the nervous system, stress levels, sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being.
By supporting the body as a whole, acupuncture helps restore balance so the cycle can regulate naturally.

“I had been dealing with chronic sinusitis for about a year and nothing seemed to fully help. After just two acupuncture sessions with Brenda, my symptoms improved significantly. I’d say about 75% better already. My breathing feels clearer and the pressure in my sinuses has reduced a lot. Brenda is very attentive and the treatments are relaxing. New to Acupuncture?
If you’ve never had acupuncture before, you’re not alone. Many of my patients come in feeling curious but unsure about what to expect.
Acupuncture uses extremely fine, sterile needles placed at specific points along the body’s meridians to support circulation, nervous system regulation, and the natural movement of qi.
Most patients experience little to no discomfort during insertion and spend the majority of the session resting deeply while the body begins to regulate and restore balance.
Treatments are always personalized, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Understanding Your Cycle through TCM
Your cycle is more than hormones — it reflects the movement of Qi, the strength of your Blood, and the state of your nervous system. Through Traditional Chinese Medicine, we begin to read your symptoms as patterns. When you understand the pattern, you can restore balance.
